Trial, VAT, canceling and what happens to your data after that.
How does the trial work?
You get 7 days to try everything, without a payment card. At the end you choose a plan; if you do not, your account goes into read-only mode until you activate one. Nothing is ever charged without you switching it on yourself.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. Belgian companies pay 21 % VAT on top of the price. Companies in other EU countries with a valid VAT number pay no Belgian VAT (VAT reverse charged). Stripe applies this automatically at checkout, based on your address and VAT number.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. A monthly subscription is canceled as of the end of the current month; with quarterly or yearly payment as of the end of that period. You cancel it yourself on the billing page, with no email or phone call. You keep access until the last day.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
You can export your posts, contacts and conversations for as long as your account exists. After cancellation we keep your data for another 90 days, so you can come back without losing anything. After that we delete it for good.
Can I use multiple LinkedIn accounts?
Yes. Every LinkedIn account gets its own envoy, with its own voice, audience and daily volume. Solo includes 1 account, Team up to 3 and Bureau up to 5. Team members also write and schedule their own content under their own name.
